Our fresh products are sourced from a wide variety of areas. We have Isle of Wight based fishermen who bring in their catch daily and provide us with some lovely fish including Bass, Bream, Plaice, Dover Sole, Skate, Mackerel, Grey Mullet, Pollack and Huss (Rock Salmon).
Unfortunately this is not enough to meet the demands of the local restaurants, pubs and hotels so we also buy from merchants as well. This enables us to stock a wider variety of products including Lemon Sole, Cod Fillet, Haddock Fillet, Rainbow Trout, Salmon, Tuna, Swordfish, Coley, Mussels and Oysters to name but a few.
